Environmental microbiology experiment course is designed to meet the graduate students who are going to be engaged in the environmental microbiological field, with basic experimental skills and standardized operations. Experimental training includes culture media collocation (liquid, agar plate and agar slant medium), sterilization of medium and accessories, aseptic operation, isolating microbial organisms from polluted environment for degrading harmful dye in waste industrial water.
